STEPS TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER FOR THE AEROSPACE VALLEY REGIONAL 

1. You will have to register on the FIRST Volunteer Information Management System (VIMS)  Check your email to complete the registration.

2. Login to VIMS, on your Dashboard select Volunteer Registration, then click Volunteer at an Event Button.

3. In the Search Box, type in Aerospace Valley, click on Volunteer Button.

4. Fill out all the required volunteer information on the next few screens

5. Select dates available and the Volunteer Role you desire, click Next

6. If you are associated with a team, type in team number and Click COMPLETE

7. This is a youth organization, so FIRST had developed a Youth Protection Process (YPP).  You must pass YPP screening in order to participate in the event.

8. Once approved our Volunteer Coordinators will assign roles and contact you.
