Robot Load-in and Load-Out Instructions

Robot Load-in is from 6PM to 8PM on Wednesday and 7:45AM on Thursday. 

We ask that all vehicles that will be unloading robots and equipment please turn on East Ave J-8 from 30th Street East.  After the football field turn right on 32nd Street East.  Turn left into the white loading zone and park.  Please unload your robot and equipment and then immediately move your vehicle to the parking area directly in front of the pits or leave through the school driveway.  We ask that you do not exit the parking area using 32nd St. East. This will greatly help help with vehicle traffic flow.  You are also welcome to drive into the parking area to unload your robot and equipment. 

Note: We do not currently have a ramp for the curb up to the pit area.  

There are two entrances to the pit area, we will have inspectors in front of the double doors.  The door is a standard door height of 6' 8" and width of about 60".   After leaving your robot and equipment use the other door to exit the pit area.  This will help with any required inspections and with traffic flow for robots, equipment, and people.
